Our story at the Old Barns
The calm of the reed bed, nature in its wild state, fields of peach and apricot trees, an old Dauphiné farm...
Welcome to the Hotel-Restaurant Les Vieilles Granges!
We discovered this extraordinary place in 2005. This place is located in the heart of nature in an isolated area, close to everything.
For us, the escape began as soon as we crossed the gate... Time stood still. It was there, enjoying a dazzling landscape, that we wanted to offer our future guests a moment of well-being, calm, a break, the sweetness of life.
The building, a former 19th-century Dauphiné farm, has been renovated and transformed over the years.
The former owners, who inherited it from their grandparents, named it Les Vieilles Granges in memory of the neighborhood's name. We wanted to keep this name as a link with them, with the passing of time.
Time which over the years has become our guiding principle:
Les Vieilles Granges, an invitation to take time!

Rooms with terrace at the Hôtel Logis Les Vieilles Granges near Romans-sur-Isère At the Hôtel Les Vieilles Granges, it's a bit like getting away from it all. While the rooms have all the essential comforts, the bucolic countryside invites romance and reverie. We find ourselves meditating on the hotel terrace, leaning out of the window or balcony of our room, in short, allowing ourselves simple and precious moments.
